In this talk, you\u2019ll learn how we set projects up for success; tips on how to run them in a method that keeps your clients happy; and how to close them in a fashion that gets you more work going forward. More specifically, you\u2019ll learn tips &amp; tricks on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>proper scoping<\/li>\n<li>how to handle scope creep<\/li>\n<li>best practices for communication<\/li>\n<li>how to launch properly<\/li>\n<li>how to maintain the relationship afterwards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why are you passionate about this talk?<\/h3>\n<p>There are a ton of talented designers &amp; developers who end up disliking our industry \u2013 or even leaving it completely \u2013 because of the challenges that come along with clients &amp; projects.
